Langhorne Creek, South Australia
Grown by the WIddop family on the banks of the Bremer River., the vines beenfit from the deep alluvial soils of the Langhorne Creek region. With careful tending, the Touriga Nacional produce a small crop of highly falvoured and coloured grapes. After partial fermentation with naturel yeast, this wine was fortified with selected brandy spirits then matured in oak for 18 months. It is a limited release (70 dozen) and provides perfumed forest flavours balanced by fine grained tannins and luscious sweetness.
