The pedigree of this vineyard is clear, as specified on their website - Founded by Leon Massoni in 1984. Leon’s passion for fine wine was influenced by his family’s involvement in establishing such culinary icons as Melbourne’s Florentino Restaurant in 1928 and through his relationship with his uncle, legendary winemaker Jimmy Watson.

Just down the road, Mornington Peninsula has become renowned for delightful Pinots; both red and whites, however Massoni continue to deliver something slightly different with their Sangiovese and Sauvignon Blanc - both have become very popular with BFW wine club members.
