Dolan Family Wines was a recent discovery referred to us by another vineyard and it is interesting to see how vignerons can quite often be appreciative of each other notwithstanding that there is competition bewteen them for the same fine wine market !

This is a wine that needs time but that can be achieved with decanting as it allows the sheer depth of fruit to come through the classic use of French Oak - trust us and buy this wine , cellar or lose the wine for 10 years and then wish that you had bought an awful lot more..........
